Josh Herst is a longtime San Diego business owner with over two decades of experience in residential construction. As the founder of Herbst Construction, he has developed a strong track record in leadership, project management, and strategic growth.

In his role as Treasurer for the Restore Recovery Foundation, Josh supports financial oversight and organizational strategy, helping ensure resources are managed responsibly while strengthening the foundation’s reach and effectiveness across the local community.

Tony brings more than a decade of experience in real estate finance and development. He serves as Senior Vice President at Alexandria Real Estate Equities, where he helps guide long-term planning and operational growth.

As Secretary of the Restore Recovery Foundation, Tony supports governance, strategy, and organizational expansion. He combines industry expertise with a strong commitment to mental health initiatives to help advance the foundation’s philanthropic mission.

Tony is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and earned his MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
